Especially in respect of the engineer who carried out the repair, who’s name unfortunately escapes me. I have rarely, if ever, come across a more polite, respectful, helpful friendly engineer. He worked conscientiously, enthusiastically and extremely cleanly and tidily throughout. He is obviously extremely knowledgeable and proficient at his job and shows a genuine love of his work, carrying it out to the highest standard. He is an absolute credit to your company. I did tell him at the time and promised to make my feelings known to Gledhill. I hope you will pass my comments on to management and to the gentleman himself. He deserves a huge pat on the back. The Gledhill team baked a difference yesterday to help Macmillan’s campaign for better cancer care. Lots of scrumptious cakes and savouries were had, whilst catching up over a cuppa and lunch. We are delighted to say that everyone was very kind and giving, resulting in a generous amount of £275.61 being raised for this amazing cause. We very much look forward to taking part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning next year and continuing to support this event.
