We understand that Coronavirus is causing uncertainty and is effecting everyone. Our priority now, as it always has been, is the safety of our customers and employees.

We’re working hard to prioritise emergencies and put the needs of our most vulnerable customers first – no matter what – and we have issued guidance to all employees in line with the latest government advice.
