The engineer, James, arrived when he said he would. He was polite, very helpful and resourceful. In particular, at every stage he was careful to make sure we were aware of the options available to us, and only proceeded once we had agreed the way forward.
The quality of work was very high and was completed in good time. He did the work unobtrusively and we were able to get on with our activities with little interruption. He cleaned up after himself, leaving no mess.
All in all, we were very satisfied with James’ work.

Ross, the engineer who installed my appliance, was extremely efficient, courteous and helpful. He answered all my questions, all whilst moving furniture around as i could not manage by myself. Such service is very rare!
The staff who answered my calls were most helpful when I explained the parking issues because of ongoing work on our roof. They were very kind.
