Dear Sir,
I felt compelled to write to you regarding the engineer, John, who came to my home regarding ‘flooding’. He came last year and fitted a new circuit board, which changed my life, as the shower and water system did not work properly.
Before this i had called a different engineer, who charged me £140 and everything was exactly the same after he left. I called Gledhill Response who sent John. He investigated the boiler and said straight away that it needed a new circuit board and then everything worked perfectly. The previous engineer had told me to buy a new shower. Happily I did not, thank goodness.
I just wanted to convey what a wonderful ambassador of Gledhill John is.
