We had a problem with our Boilermate 2000 three days before Christmas. Your polite and friendly staff organised an engineer to call out on the Saturday. He came out and couldn’t have been nicer to us. He repaired the fault, and saved our Christmas!

A special weekend at our apartment was potentially ruined by a boiler failure, but a call to Gledhill on a Friday morning resulted in a call back within an hour and an engineer’s visit scheduled for the following Monday morning.

Thanks to you for dealing so pleasantly, quickly, and efficiently with my original enquiry and the contract; it was painless, understandable and quick.

Thanks you to your engineer who was very pleasant, and although the final diagnosis and fix were not complicated, it needed his analysis and experience to track down the problem, and for that I am very grateful, and very reassured for the future working of the system. Although your very kind engineer said that I looked younger than I am, and very well (oh so nice to hear!), I am well into retirement, and have significant health problems, so the integrity of our house systems are important to us.

I was pleased to notice that you now have additional cover for heating and plumbing.

When I came to Goodrich Court 12 years ago, as a complete stranger to Herefordshire, I had great difficulty in finding qualified and reliable workmen.

I would like to put on record that I have always been very happy with the efficiency and excellent prompt and clean work of your knowledgeable and friendly service engineers.

Many thanks for your prompt response to my call out last Friday, to report a fault on my boiler.

A repair was made around 9.30am the following day, which was a Saturday and a holiday weekend.

I had an issue with a leak coming from our Gledhill Systemate 2000. I contacted various plumbers including Scottish Gas but I couldn’t get anyone to fix it, then it was suggested I contact Gledhill.

I didn’t know that you have a breakdown agreement or that you repair. I contacted Gledhill and was told the price to fix our problem, which seemed a lot of money and I was very upset. However after some emails I was phoned immediately and offered some solutions. I just wanted to say thank you so much for all the help I got and how nice everyone was.

The engineer who came out to the house was absolutely brilliant. He knew exactly what he was doing, was extremely polite and a very nice person.

I have been recommending you to my neighbours who have Gledhill products. It is so unusual to deal with a company that really do care about their customers.
