I just wanted to drop you a line about Paul who came to fix my boiler today at Magnon Court in Leighton Buzzard.

He was the 3rd engineer who came out although the first from Gledhill. The first engineer failed to fix the problem and caused a leak which shorted out the electrics causing huge problems. The second engineer took one look and said that I should contact Gledhill which I did and Paul arrived today.

Not only has he fixed the boiler but he even figured out a problem I had with my heating. He could have fixed it and gone but is clearly a man who takes pride in his work and was not happy to leave without thoroughly testing it despite having other jobs to go too. I cannot tell you how grateful I am. We have been without hot water and heating for nearly a month as my insurers have consistently failed to resolve the issue. It has been a source of enormous stress for me and my partner who is nearly 6 months pregnant.

Paul arrived today and I found him to be an extremely pleasant and courteous man who is clearly very good at what he does.  The relief of having heating and water back is indescribable and I would like to pass on my thanks to Gledhill and Paul.

I would like to thank you for your excellent customer service and help last week whilst organising a call out at short notice to Eden Gardens ,Rowley Regis.

I was not insured with Gledhill at the time, but with another insurance company who could not help or fix the problem with my water heater. At the property we had a 6 week old baby and been without hot water for 3 days with the other insurance company.
I can not thank you enough and the engineer who attended the property and fixed the heater on the day without any problems.

An engineer recently visited my property on Monday 8th June 2015 to fix an underlying issue with the Hot Water Supply from our Gledhill System.  I have to say, and apologies for not remembering the engineers name, he did a fantastic job! He was extremely re-assuring, extremely professional, and extremely positive and personable! It is not everyday that you encounter such great customer service plus professional and commitment individuals.

First thanks are for the response team for bringing the job forward from the original date given. Second thanks were for Neil personally on his attitude to his work, Neil went a step further by making a follow up call on the Sunday to make sure everything was still ok the morning after the visit.
