He stayed until well after 6 to ensure my wife and I were absolutely happy that our problem was solved. He’s a credit to your organisation, and in the hopefully unlikely event that we have another problem in the future, I’ll be requesting him specifically!

I requested a callout as my heating was coming on when I didn’t need, causing high electricity bills. I also needed some advice on how the system worked as I did not have any information from previous owners.

I rang in on Saturday and spoke to Chloe in order to book in a job at his mother’s property. Your lady in the office Chloe booked it in for Tuesday but explained that she would do her best to bring it forward.

Chloe then left a message for me saying she’d managed to bring it forward to Monday. I received a call from your engineer Monday morning giving me an estimated time which he greatly appreciated. When Paul arrived to do the job, I would describe him as extremely efficient, friendly and a pleasure to meet.

I have contacted you today in order to make sure that Chloe and Paul are aware that he appreciates both their efforts and is very satisfied with the service.

Thanks to you for dealing so pleasantly, quickly, and efficiently with my original enquiry and the contract; it was painless, understandable and quick.

Thanks you to your engineer who was very pleasant, and although the final diagnosis and fix were not complicated, it needed his analysis and experience to track down the problem, and for that I am very grateful, and very reassured for the future working of the system. Although your very kind engineer said that I looked younger than I am, and very well (oh so nice to hear!), I am well into retirement, and have significant health problems, so the integrity of our house systems are important to us.

Thank you again, and as I said to the engineer, I hope we don’t need you again, but it is good to know you are there is we do.
