I had an issue with a leak coming from our Gledhill Systemate 2000. I contacted various plumbers including Scottish Gas but I couldn’t get anyone to fix it, then it was suggested I contact Gledhill.

I didn’t know that you have a breakdown agreement or that you repair. I contacted Gledhill and was told the price to fix our problem, which seemed a lot of money and I was very upset. However after some emails I was phoned immediately and offered some solutions. I just wanted to say thank you so much for all the help I got and how nice everyone was.

The engineer who came out to the house was absolutely brilliant. He knew exactly what he was doing, was extremely polite and a very nice person.

I have been recommending you to my neighbours who have Gledhill products. It is so unusual to deal with a company that really do care about their customers.
