The engineer who came, Emrir, was excellent. The company is lucky to have him. To be fair, all the staff are helpful and friendly…….it’s the scheduling where the problem lies. It took three goes for me to finally get a service, (ie two non appearances) which meant a lot of wasted time and frustration. So….the review is for the final visit, not what went before.

I’m so glad endrit visited my premises this afternoon. He come with all the correct parts and tools and such amazing guy very friendly and had a good laugh and joke. Very positive and very tidy and he goes above and beyond for us customers. he double checked everything before leaving I highly would recommend this guy to anybody.

Highly competent. The water pressure drop which I had been experiencing for years has now been resolved. Several companies before advised to get a pump or saying this was a problem with Thames water… Anyway all sorted now. Special thanks to Luke.
