The engineer who called to install my new boiler is a credit to your company.

He was prompt, had a pleasant manner, efficient in the installation, clean in his appearance, good working habits and patience in explaining the use of the new boiler. He checked all the taps on completion to ensure no air locks. He removed shelves neatly and put them back when the boiler was installed. There was not one scrap of dirt or dust left behind.

He had come all the way from Bridgewater, picking up the boiler from Bristol on the way. An excellent employee of Gledhill and a very diligent worker.

The engineer was very efficient and made a very good job of replacing the boiler. He was very friendly and polite.

James, the engineer, was very pleasant indeed. So courteous and kind to us. He  did not go home until he had found the problem and he got it sorted.

I, the Manager, wanted to say thank you from myself and the Homeowners here at Lauder Court. We would like to pass our thanks onto Debbie from Gledhill. Debbie visited our Development this month to hold a meeting with the Homeowners and her talk was excellent, very informative and all in attendance commented on her knowledge and easy to understand presentation.

The installation engineer, Steve, did a fantastic job. He was very professional, cool headed, and someone who dealt quietly and assuredly with the challenges thrown at him during the removal/installation process.

I congratulate Gledhill on employing such a high quality man. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the installation process and the new boiler.
