My wife and I are tremendously pleased with the service we have received from everybody in the Gledhill team; from the initial call handler, to the technical team answering questions, to the engineers who came to the house to complete the work in such a timely and professional manner.
Dave initiated the draining of the system and Derek arrived the job, through to completion. We found Derek diligent and particularly friendly and approachable, answering our concerns and explaining things throughout. He took care to avoid marking the carpets and paintwork – saving us work afterwards.
We will have no hesitation recommending Gledhill to our friends and neighbours! Once again many thanks indeed!
