Yesterday, Jerry came to my apartment to sort out my problem with hot water from my Pulsacoil 2000. I’d like to thank him through your online response form for his time, his courteousness and pleasant manner, but most of all his knowledge and obvious passion for his job.
He stayed until well after 6 to ensure my wife and I were absolutely happy that our problem was solved. He’s a credit to your organisation, and in the hopefully unlikely event that we have another problem in the future, I’ll be requesting him specifically!
