We found the customer service provided polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the removal of the Gledhill Boiler Mate 2000 and the installation of the Gledhill Boiler Mate OV, we found John the engineer and his colleague friendly, polite and professional. I specifically want to thank John and his colleague for taking such care when changing out the old boiler and replacing it with the new one.
They showed such respect for our home. We found John quite exceptional in personal skills and attention to detail.
