I was contacted by Gledhill with a date for my annual service given the option to change if needed. Sent me a text to inform of the time slot the day before and the engineer arrived half an hour into the the time slot. He gave me a copy of the checkup details and I asked for a notice to go on the boiler with the date etc of it which he did. Engineer left no mess was polite and thorough I felt he deserved a five star rating. Thank you .
