We recently had one of your engineers out to repair my mothers boiler, I think his name was Ray, he spent nearly five hours and he did a really fantastic job. The boiler had been functioning worse and worse over the last three years and none of the regular service guys could sort it, but this engineer really sorted the problem out properly.
