I was contacted by Gledhill with a date for my annual service given the option to change if needed. Sent me a text to inform of the time slot the day before and the engineer arrived half an hour into the the time slot. He gave me a copy of the checkup details and I asked for a notice to go on the boiler with the date etc of it which he did. Engineer left no mess was polite and thorough I felt he deserved a five star rating. Thank you .

Gledhill never let us down and our contract with them gives us peace of mind as they know the product inside out. Luke was our engineer, he knew straight away the the problem and got right to it. He was very helpful abs suggested a few things for us to deal. He understood I was pregnant and was kind enough to help in areas I could not help him.
