Phoned Gledhill on the Tuesday as the water heater had stopped working. They arranged for an engineer to come round in the Thursday, time slot was between 12.00pm – 6.00pm. Thursday at 2.00 the engineer called to say he was on his way. Arrived at 2.30, changed the faulty parts and explained the problem, even helped with the timer.

On Tuesday of this week I requested a visit from Gledhill for a plumbing problem . 2 hours later I received a text message offering an appointment the next morning. As promised, the plumber contacted me at 8.20am, he arrived and had the job done by 10am.

On 23/7 my elderly mum was experiencing problems with her boiler. Gledhill sent Leighvy to deal with the issue and he was an absolute delight. He was efficient, effective and helpful whilst also being friendly, personable with a calming nature which was great for my nervous mum.
